Measure the front of your house from one photo.
The Design Center turns one straight-on front photo into estimated front roofline and ridge footage. Customers who want lighting around the sides or back of the house can request a free onsite estimate.

Upload the front of the house
Upload one straight-on photo that shows the complete front roofline and garage door. This tool measures the front of the house only.
Want the entire house lit? Side and rear rooflines require an onsite measurement. The estimate flow will offer a free onsite-estimate option.
The selected photos stay inside this browser. Nothing is uploaded to TruShine, GHL, or an outside service.
Show us the garage-door width
Tap the left edge and right edge of the garage door. We already know whether it represents 9 or 18 feet.
The front photo is not calibrated yet.
Draw the roofline and gutter runs
Trace only the edges where lights or gutter service would be needed. You can add more than one run.
Add another run for a separate gutter, eave, rake, or roofline section.
Add roof ridges or skip
Trace the peaks and ridge lines only if the customer wants those areas included. Otherwise, skip directly to the measurement review.
Add another run for a separate ridge, peak, or roof section.
Measurement review
Every finished run is saved separately. A 15% installation and material allowance is applied once to each measured run before the proposal totals are calculated. These measurements return to the holiday estimator, where pricing is calculated.
