Custom Screen Online Order Terms

These terms apply to custom window screens ordered through TruShine’s online screen builder. Please review the complete order before paying.
1. Custom-made product
Each screen is manufactured specifically from the measurements and options submitted by the customer. The screen delivered will reflect the selections shown in the paid order, including finished width and height, frame color and profile, screen mesh, springs, pull tabs, mounting hardware, hardware placement, crossbar, and quantity.
2. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for confirming that all measurements and selections are accurate and suitable for the intended window opening before payment. TruShine is not responsible for improper fit, incompatibility, or dissatisfaction caused by incorrect measurements or options submitted by the customer.
3. Final sale and no refunds
Because screens are custom manufactured, all online custom screen orders are final after payment. They cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded because the customer entered an incorrect measurement, selected the wrong color, profile, mesh, hardware, hardware location, crossbar, quantity, pickup option, or delivery option.
4. TruShine manufacturing errors
If TruShine manufactures a screen differently from the specifications shown in the paid order—for example, TruShine cuts a frame shorter than the submitted finished measurement—TruShine will inspect the issue and correct or remake the affected item at no additional charge. This remedy does not apply when the screen matches the paid order but does not fit because of a customer measurement or selection.
5. Installation and handling
Insect-screen installation is available only with eligible Greater Houston delivery. When selected, installation costs $10 per non-solar screen with a $25 minimum. Installation is completed from inside the home and covers standard windows that can be safely reached from inside. The screens are manufactured to the customer’s submitted measurements, and the installation charge does not transfer responsibility for inaccurate measurements or incompatible selections to TruShine.
Solar 80 installation is not included in the online order total. A checked solar-installation request authorizes TruShine to contact the customer with a separate price after reviewing the property, access, screen quantity, and installation conditions. Requesting a solar installation quote does not obligate either party until the separate scope and price are accepted.
For screens without purchased installation, the customer is responsible for proper installation and handling after pickup or delivery. The final-sale policy does not cover damage caused by forced installation, alteration, misuse, improper storage, or handling after the order is received.
6. Preparation and fulfillment
Most orders are expected to be ready within 3–7 business days after payment and order confirmation. TruShine will contact the customer at the phone number submitted with the order as soon as it is ready for pickup or to coordinate an eligible Greater Houston delivery.
7. Applicable consumer rights
Nothing in these terms waives or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
