Online booking agreement

This Online Booking Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Trushine Window Cleaning LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the Client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”. The Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Client may book window cleaning services (“Services”) provided by the Company through the Company’s website or any other online booking platform utilized by the Company.

1. Services Description:

The Company provides professional window cleaning, Gutter cleaning, Pressure washing, Gutter installations, repairs and Gutter repairs Detailed descriptions of the Services are available on our website or upon request.

2. Booking and Scheduling:

a. The Client may book Services through the Company’s online booking platform by selecting the desired service, date, and time, subject to availability.

b. The Company will confirm the booking via email or other electronic communication, which will include the date, time, and any other relevant details of the scheduled Service.

3. Payment:

a. Prices for Services will be as stated on TruShine’s website at the time of booking or as provided in a written quote.

b. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Therefore Trushine Window Cleaning company requires Credit Card Authorization form to be signed prior to booking.

c. Any changes to the scope of Services, including but not limited to a miscount of windows or incorrect information provided by the Client that affects the service scope, may result in additional charges. TruShine reserves the right to update the price accordingly at the time of service. Any such changes will be communicated to the Client for approval before proceeding.

d. In the event of a miscount or any discrepancy in the information provided by the Client that affects the service scope, TruShine will inform the Client of the adjusted service requirements and associated costs. The Client will have the option to accept the adjusted price or modify the service scope.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a. The Client may cancel or reschedule the Service by notifying the Company at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.

b. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of Service Fee.

5. Liability and Insurance:

The Company is fully insured and bonded. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise during or as a result of the Services, except for damages directly resulting from the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If the Client is not satisfied with the quality of the Service provided, the Client must notify the Company within [number of hours/days] hours/days after the completion of the Service. The Company will re-perform the Service at no additional charge.

7. Privacy Policy:

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients. Personal information collected through the online booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services and will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or notification to the Client.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
