Online Booking Terms and Conditions

“We” or “our” refers to Trushine Window Cleaning Ltd. “You”, “your” or “the client” refers to the customer receiving the service(s) detailed.

  • Trushine window cleaning LTD reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
  • Any special accommodation has to be reviewed and accepted by management staff prior accepting the proposal.
  • If your home or situation does not fit any of our packages please contact us to receive a FREE onsite estimate.
  • All online booking Has to be paid in full prior to scheduling.
  • All of our online pricing are the prices we honor, however sometimes there are some factors may be involved that may cause increase in price, But we promise you if that is the case we will contact you for your approval prior starting our services.
  • If you do have a detached Garage, please purchase the “detached garage” under the gutter cleaning packages in addition to your house gutter cleaning.  
  • You can reschedule or cancel your service up to 4 Hours prior your service. To reschedule, simply call us (832)713-3545.
  • In the event our technician complete their trip to your property and for any reason can’t gain access to your property to perform the job (such as locked gate, loose pets and etc..) and job has to be rescheduled or canceled , we reserve the right to charge a trip fee of $100.
  • If current or future weather conditions are poor and could lead to unsafe working conditions we will reach out to you to discuss a new appointment date so that the work can be completed safely.
  • State of Texas does not require Trushine window cleaning to carry a license for any of services we provide, Therefor Projects requiring a license, are not covered by Trushine window cleaning.
  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will re-repair or re-clean any services we recognize as unsatisfactory, so long as you submit a complaint about the services provided During a warranty Period; we will come back out and inspect the wash/repair to determine whether further services need to be administered. Any complaints submitted outside of the warranty period will not be considered.
  • If we schedule a trip for a complaint by the client, and it is determined that Trushine completed the services to our standard of satisfaction, the client will be charged a $100 trip fee.
  • Trushine window cleaning reserves the right to refuse service to any customer with any outstanding balances.
  • All work shall be completed in workmanship like manner, and if applicable, in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws.
  • When booking online you are not guaranteed a spot for the day/time you chose, however we do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Window Cleaning

  • All basic window cleaning package only includes cleaning the exterior glasses from outside and customers are responsible to remove all screens before the technicians arrival.
  • All Deluxe Window cleaning Package, includes cleaning the exterior windows inside/out and wash the screens as well cleaning window tracks and sills.
  • You can always add our blinds and fan cleaning as an ad on to your window cleaning packages.
  • Upon crew arrival we will do a recount of panes before beginning to assure correct pane count. You will be notified of any price changes or changes in general.

Gutter Cleaning

  • All basic gutter cleaning package only includes blowing out the debris from your gutters and down spouts
  • All deluxe gutter cleaning package includes Blow out debris From gutters and unclog Downspouts, Rinse out gutters and repair the leaks on gutter joints, Re-nail gutters or install additional gutter hanger if needed, Install Downspout stainer on down spouts.
  • Upon crew arrival we will do a remeasure of gutters before beginning to assure correct liner ft count. You will be notified of any price changes or changes in general.

Pressure Washing

  • Our technician’s will clock in immediately when they arrive to the job site when hourly pressure washing has been chosen, once they clock in the will start preparing the machine and performing the job, If your job has been completed in less that hours purchased, We  do not issue a refund for the remaining time.
  • Our hourly packages includes 1 pressure washing system and 1 technician to perform the job. For any additional arrangement or equipment rental please contact (832)713-3545.


IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement by accepting our online terms and conditions and completing their booking and making their Payment.
