%Reccuring period% Trushine Recurring Service Agreement

This agreement (“Contract”) is entered into between TruShine Window Cleaning LTD at 3525 Murdock ST, Houston, TX 77047 (referred to as “Service Provider”) and %fullname%(referred to as “Client”) on %estimatedate% [Date] at %joblocationfull% [address] for %estimatedetails% for the amount %estimatetotal% + TAX for term of 1 year from the date this contract has been executed and delivered by both parties.

1. Services:

  • For Window Cleaning Services:

a. The Service Provider agrees to provide professional window cleaning services to the Client on a quarterly basis.
b. The scope of services includes cleaning all exterior windows of the Client’s property listed above, and wipe down screens, as applicable.
c. The Service Provider will use their best efforts to ensure satisfactory cleaning results, following industry standards and practices.

  • For Gutter Cleaning Services:

a. The Service Provider agrees to provide professional Gutter cleaning services to the Client on quarterly basis
b. The scope of services includes cleaning all GTutters and Downspouts of the Client’s property listed above, and clean up the debris fallen from gutters during the cleaning, as applicable.
c. The Service Provider will use their best efforts to ensure satisfactory cleaning results, following industry standards and practices.

2. Schedule and Duration:
a. The window or gutter cleaning services will be provided once every quarter, with specific dates and times to be agreed upon between the service Provider and the Client.
b. The duration of each cleaning session will depend on the size and complexity of the property, and the Service Provider will inform the Client of the estimated time required in advance.

3. Payment:
a. The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fee for each quarterly window or gutter cleaning service.
b.1. Payment is due on the same day of the completion of each cleaning session. 
b.2. In the event that the Client fails to respond to communication attempts by the Service Provider regarding service scheduling, and/or fails to provide proper notice for rescheduling a service, the following shall apply:

  • The Client’s payment method on file will be charged for the scheduled service on the originally agreed upon service date.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to initiate contact with the Service Provider within three (3) calendar days from the missed service date to reschedule the missed service. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the service without refund or credit.

  • In the event the client fails to give full access to TruShine Window Cleaning on the previously confirmed day, there will be a $75 trip fee if the client requests a second visit for the same appointment.

c. Trushine window cleaning requires all clients with quarterly service agreement have an updated Credit Card information on file at all times.

4. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this contract by providing written notice after the 4th scheduled quarterly service.
b. If the Client ends the contract without adequate notice, they might incur a cancellation fee set by the service provider. This fee will not exceed the discrepancy between the recurring price and the one-time service fee plus tax, payable on the cancellation day and charged to the account’s card.
c. After the expiration of this contract, Trushine will continue providing service to the address mentioned above without any increase in the contract price, unless the client specifically requests to cease servicing the address.

5. Liability and Insurance:
a. The Service Provider carries liability insurance to cover any potential damages or accidents that may occur during the window or gutter cleaning process.
b. The Client agrees to notify the Service Provider of any valuable or delicate items near the windows that require special attention or precautions.
c. The Service Provider will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or improper installation of windows.

6. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the provision of servicesunder this Contract.

7. Entire Agreement:
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Client, supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, and may only be modified in writing by both parties.
